USAGE AND FEATURES

FEEDER

are hot and cold, and a double glue system is installed on the
side to solve better secondary positioning.

STITCHING PART

Use 5pcs(4pcs big, 1pcs small) guide plate structure, each big
guide plate is with leading screw, eletirc adjustment and easy to
pperate.
4pcs of 50mm delivery belt, with double servo motor drive, make
the stitching with higher precision.
Use the steel balls to press cardboard with plastic cover, reduce
the noise.
Stitchibg interface use cold and hot double coating, make the
adhesive more fifirmly.
With the photoelectirc device, make the cylinders stitching
accuratly.
