1. electrical control part: integrated control with plc, inverter speed control, real-time monitor machine running, glue level, water level, laminated gap, precision, etc. realized perfect man-machine dialogue.
2. top feeding part: compared with GFMC, this machine has the advantages of front feeding, higher feeding part, lengthened top feeding path, which increase the space for bottom sheet, reduce labor intensity, make easy operation. And also the side guide for top sheet can be moved electrically (optical)
3.bottom sheet part: inverter speed control, big power air suction sys, make machine and also the sheet running stably during high speed, ensure feeding accuracy.
4.glue part: it adopts manual and automatic glue supply system. During automatic state, the glue can be supplied automatically, and also the glue level can be real-time monitored, which avoid empty glue, reduced waste. Meanwhile, to save glue, anilox roller is used, which ensure the stability of lamination during different speed and glue density.
5.pneumatic part: reduce labor intensity and work efficiency.
6. cleaning part: immersion cleaning unit, which can real-time clean down roller effectively. 7.gap adjusting part: the roller position adopts digital display, improved our working efficiency highly.
