1. Automatic Feeder • Uses high-precision paper pushing wind tip for quick and smooth paper feeding. • Simple, with few vulnerable parts. • High stack feeding, high efficiency. • Equipped with sensitive electromechanical double sheet detectors and foreign object baffle, immediate shutdown upon detection of anomalies. • Dual servo feeders for precise positioning without the need for repositioning.

2. Coating Unit • Coating speed up to 6000-9000 meters per hour. • Uses high-pressure embossing rubber rollers, with high-speed lightweight rubber transfer for smooth coating. Double-shaft oil transmission with additional scraper, making oil control simple and reliable. • The coating unit adopts an integrated die-cast chromium-plated clamp structure, making it simple and easy to use. • The coating pressure roller uses an eccentric shaft adjustment for easy transfer, suitable for flexible film adjustment. • Capable of directly coating water-based silver base and variable ordinary scraper types.
